Dr Gray adopts a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches drawing on a number of therapies including: Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Therapy, Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis and Trauma-Focused Counseling.

Identity forms in connection with others. The group will work to create an environment where people get beyond feeling unknown or alone. The goal is for particpants to learn ways to live life more fully, gain satisfaction from work and relationships and overcome the difficulties in the social dimesions of those aspects of life. I have worked as a youth worker for over twenty years, facilitating various LGBTIQA+ groups and offering counselling services to young people and their families. During this time, I have trained in several fields, including Family Therapy, Mindfuness (ACT), Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy".
